Nothing wrong with letting our inner auto-pilot take over once in a while, we gotta do what we gotta do, right? But if you’re suddenly finding it harder to get to the gym, go out for that run or fix that “favorite” meal, it may be just that inner-autopilot that’s steering you into the ground. Rut-roh!
I’ve been thinking the past day or so about what motivates us to get up and DO. And, is what motivates you to start something necessarily the same thing that motivates you to continue to do something? Obviously this is a highly personal thing, and what’s true for one may not be true for all
