After a difficult week last week, Monday I woke up with a bit of fear of the unknown, thinking “oh no, what’s life got for me THIS week?”
But I quickly realized that’s not the best approach. So before I even got out of bed for the day, I started with a little pep talk for myself, “Start of a new week, think: This is going to be a great week! Don’t dread what’s to come. Wait, be wide-eyed with surprise & enjoy each day :)”
Ahh…that’s better, isn’t it?
